I have long been fascinated with societal clashes, the haves with the have-nots, and the way such cultures integrate, or don't, in the case of the Girl with the Gray Eyes.
The longest book I have ever written.
The slowest burn I have ever written.
Intrigue, mystery, and a smattering of smut in book one
Definitely a departure from my norm, with detailed world-building and a dark, very adult epic sci-fi fantasy feel. There is a mystery here that won't be fully resolved until the very end of book three. Before then we have quite a journey, and every character we meet will see their lives irrevocably changed. Some for the better, and some for the worse.
I'm always interested in the early reviews of books to see how readers react. One of the common threads so far is that everyone enjoyed the varied POV, even though many were initially reserved about this.
Another common thread is that no one knows how this story will unfold.
A lot of book one is dedicated to laying down the groundwork. Book 2 is where all the action unfolds, and it's pretty much non-stop throughout book 3.
Final hint: You might recognize some details if you read Predictive or Variant. This story is based on the planet Serenity we met during Variant, but a long, long way in the future.
Hoping everyone will enjoy something a little different from me. More Coveted Prey coming in the new year.
Wishing you happy reading.

The Girl with the Gray Eyes
Blurb ~
I was an omega—an anomaly in a world of betas. A throwback, or so the kindly doctor told me.
I didn't fit in and never would.
Until I met William Bremmer and found a connection for the first time in my life.
But fate had other plans, and catastrophic circumstances would send me to a primitive, uncivilized land outside the wall.
A place I'd secretly fantasized about.
A place where all the alphas lived.
*Part one of a trilogy. Slow burn with a cliffhanger ending.
⚠️Content advisory for the trilogy: Extremely dark, graphic content, 🤯mind-games and manipulation, SA, 🩸🔪vi*lence, and gore. Heroes in this book range from sweet to pitch black.
