⭐️ Controllers Update ⭐️

As you are hopefully already aware from previous emails, The Controllers series is being republished under Ada Storm.

Why did this happen?

There is enough difference between my lighter Coveted Prey books and my darker Controllers / Alien / Bitter Poetry to create something called genre friction. Which means that the different books do not universally appeal to the same reader group. This can result in poor customer experiences.

Something I definitely want to avoid!

Splitting the pen names allows me to continue to publish under both without this friction. It also means that you, the reader, will have a better idea of what to expect when you pick up a book written by me, whether that is Ada Storm (dark), L.V. Lane (medium darkness to sweet fantasy), or Verity Arden (contemporary spicy / taboo).

As you may have guessed, I will be moving more books over to Ada Storm in the new year. I aim to leave only Coveted Prey and the various subseries for fae, barbarians, etc., under L.V. Lane.

What's next with The Controllers?

Books 1-5 are all live and available in KU under Ada Storm.

Books 5-10 will be re-released under Ada Storm over the next 2 weeks. 

Two brand new Controller books are also available to preorder!
